DD Nail Supply SMS Order and Shipping Notifications

Program Description

DD Nail Supply may send transactional SMS messages to customers who opt in during checkout. These messages may include order updates, shipping label notifications, total number of packages, tracking numbers, delivery updates, and customer service messages related to an order.

How to Opt In

Customers opt in during DD Nail Supply's Shopify checkout by entering a mobile phone number and selecting the optional SMS opt-in checkbox for order and shipping updates. The SMS checkbox is optional, is not required to complete checkout, and consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase.

The checkout checkbox states: "Text me order and shipping updates, including tracking numbers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase. View SMS Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You may receive SMS messages when your order is processed, when a shipping label is created, when tracking information is available, when there are multiple packages, when delivery status changes, or when customer service support related to an order is needed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any DD Nail Supply text message. You may also use supported opt-out keywords including OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOP, or STOPALL. After you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Customer Consent

By selecting the SMS opt-in checkbox during checkout, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from DD Nail Supply related to your order and shipment.
